    Monday, November 3, 2025
    The Claim Form deadline has passed. Claims must have been received or have been postmarked by Monday, November 3, 2025.

  • Exclusion Deadline

    Monday, November 3, 2025
    The Opt-Out Deadline has passed. Requests for exclusion must have been received no later than Monday, November 3, 2025.

  • Objection Deadline

    Monday, November 3, 2025
    The objection deadline has passed. Any objection(s) and/or notice of intent to appear at the Final Approval Hearing must have been received no later than Monday, November 3, 2025.

  • Final Approval Hearing

    Friday, November 21, 2025
    The Final Approval Hearing will be held on November 21, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. PT via videoconference.
